I am using internet Explorer if that is what you mean by which browser I am using, and Yahoo search engine. I am not sure under settings where to determine where the downloads are being saved. I normally save a download to my download folder on C drive when asked to save or open it since I can always delete it later if I choose to do so. I think I mean install because that is when the problem starts. I believe the app downloads but when I attempt to install it a window opens and tells me there isn't enough room on my D drive to install it.

I am not certain which drive has Windows installed but I think D drive is my system drive but not certain. I don't know how to provide a screenshot of the Registry Window. I know how to get the registry Editor Window to open but don't know how to provide a screen shot. OS C: Simple Basic NTFS Healthy I don't know what all this means. In my mind nothing specifically tells me which drive my system is on. When I attempt to open my D drive a window opens that tells me I do not have permission to open D drive so I am unable to tell what it on my D drive like I can on the C drive. Move all your User Library folders to C - ONLY if D is your System Drive. DaveM, When I open Disk Management a list appears. I am sorry I am not more computer literate. DaveM, Did you decide I am too computer illiterate to try and help anymore? Hi LHuck sorry I was offline for a while. As far as I can see from your listing of the partitions on your drive, your C drive is your system drive contains your Windows installation The other partitions are tiny and are the boot partition and probably one or two recovery partitions What I don't see in that list is this D drive you are referring to. I really need to see a screenshot of that Disk Management window, showing all available drives and partitions. How to do that: Click your Start Button, type snip and hit Enter - this will open the Snipping Tool Set Mode to Full Screen, then click New to take a screenshot Save that file to your Desktop and close the Snipping Tool Then in your next Post, click the second last button on the toolbar above your post to select that image and upload it to your post.
